A whole slew of albums from the late 50s and early 60s, each featuring one song from Gigi. A huge range of the cover designs typical of that era. The only exception to these being from that time period is the 2lp Mantovani set, which is a sampler from various Mantovani lps of various eras. Now it is possible that the singer or band chose Gigi (or Thank Heavens for Little Girls) because they think it is a great song. But I think most of these are producers’ albums – the songs were chosen because they thought these songs would help sell the record.
