This clever cover is Remington’s Pictures at an Exhibition. Two versions are shown – slight shade differences for the front, and completely different back covers.

Witt cleverly has one of the pictures signed “Hartmann” – Victor Hartmann was, of course, the painter whose works inspired the original composition of Pictures at an Exhibition by Mussorgsky.
